Our
mission is to teach horsemanship, not just riding; by striving for excellence in the care and training of the horse, and practicing
safety in the proper handling and riding techniques of the horse. All of this should be done in a way that the horse
understands what we are asking of him. This is accomplished by using the tried and true EQUI-VENTURE standards of DEDICATION,
SAFETY, DISCIPLINE, EDUCATION and DETERMINATION.

are accepted. Are you ready for a stable where weekend trailriders and showteam members, or English and Western riders

quality atmosphere.
We here at EQUI-VENTURE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE would like to extend
a warm and friendly welcome to you, and tell you a little about our facility, and our AFFORDABLE
horsemanship programs and stable activities.
Being located near the MD/ PA line makes us convenient for your equestrian
needs. We are just minutes away from towns like Westminster, Taneytown, New Windsor and Reisterstown in
MD and Littlestown, Gettysburg and Hanover in PA. Local Maryland and Pennsylvania USPC and 4H clubs are just around
the corner.
We are a premier horse centre for horseback riding enthusiasts of all
levels, disciplines and ages. Our 40 acre estate of horse riding rings, round pens, indoor arena, stables and trails
is the perfect spot to learn to ride, expand your equestrian expertise, or just have fun riding.

There are many horsemanship
opportunities here at EQUI-VENTURE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE. We offer riding lessons,
stable activities, clinics, horse camps, pony rides and guided trail rides. There
will be lots of activities offered year round at our stables. Schooling horse
shows, horse trials, mock fox hunts, hunter paces, cowboy trail competitions,
dressage shows, play days, trail & pizza, and field trips will be offered right here at the farm!
We offer YEAR ROUND horsemanship
instruction in English & Western Pleasure, Dressage, Combined Training/Eventing
and Hunter/Jumper. Western Horsemanship & Performance, as well as, X-treme
Cowboy and Trail Class are also offered. Mounted Games, Drill Teams, and a Show
Team, along with trail riding, are also available. Our centre also offers great
birthday party, reunion, field trip and other entertainment packages.
Other unique riding opportunities
at our equestrian centre are our horsemanship lesson days with our English equestrian club, Tally-Ho and our Western equestrian
club, Cowboy Up. The Mane Event, (our English and Western equestrian club), is open for
horse enthusiasts that are adults. EQUI-VENTURE even offers saddle clubs for students
and non-students called the Corner Corral (for kids aged 6-13) and Saddle Up (for teens aged 13-20). If
you are a parent of one of our students, then join our Parent’s Group! Our
EVEC Show Team and EVEC Eventing Team are always recruiting members. |

RIDE INSIDE!!!! Winter is here!
Ride no matter what the weather is doing
outside!
We have a large lighted indoor riding
arena complete with jumps and other obstacles. Our footing is maintained regularly to minimize dust and to keep the
footing even and consistent. This helps to keep our equine friends healthy and sound.
Our lounge and tack
room are climate controlled for our clients' comfort.
NOTE: We allow the use
of our indoor by outside riders for a fee. (As long as our insurance criteria is met.)
